These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, Shopify applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DuoTrio Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
By installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that:
DuoTrio Apps develops and publishes software applications ("Apps") for the Shopify platform. Our Apps are designed to enhance, extend, and customize the functionality of Shopify online stores. Each App may have its own specific features, pricing, and terms, which will be communicated through its respective Shopify App Store listing.
To use our Apps, you must have an active Shopify store and a valid Shopify account. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own Terms of Service.
By installing one of our Apps through the Shopify App Store, you authorize us to access your store's data as described in the app's permission requests and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Our Apps may be offered as free or paid services. Paid Apps are billed through Shopify's billing system. Current pricing is available on each App's Shopify App Store listing.
Some Apps may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees to your Shopify account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of DuoTrio Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps solely for their intended purpose within your Shopify store, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our Apps.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials that you provide or upload through our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services.
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DuoTrio Apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating jurisdiction.
